Hutch Suspension, Hanger Side Wear can be a problem for many fleets.  In the past, there hasn’t been many options to protect the hanger.

OEM Protective coatings have been added, but, when that spring is constantly scraping and pushing into the side of the hanger it can get worn and chipped. Once small blemishes start…they have a way of spreading and causes spring hanger corrosion.

Although our EWP Poly Warepads for the seat of the hanger reduces side wear, they don’t protect the entire hanger spring path.

The Side Plates have the same easy, quick installation that we have for the Warepads. They are sold as two separate products: Hanger Warepads for the seat of the hanger and Hanger Side Plate Kits for the inside walls of the Hanger.
