EWP Equipped – GSM Innovative Products, Inc. designs and manufactures polymer wear pads for the heavy-duty trucking industry. Since GSM Innovative Products, Inc. was established in 2004, we have been dedicated to listening to our customers to further improve and develop poly products that meet their current and future needs.

Greg Manchik, the President of EWP Equipped – GSM Innovative Products, Inc. and inventor of the Ever-Durable Poly Warepad (EWP), comes from two generations of trucking. His dad started his trucking company back in 1960. He grew up washing trucks, changing tires, repairing the equipment, and eventually driving gravel trains. In 1980, he joined his father in their family trucking business where he hauled gravel, sand, and salt. As a small business owner, he managed all aspects of his business.

With my torch in my hand, road debris falling in my face, and mud everywhere, this tedious job cost me valuable time and money every time I had to repair and fix our suspension.”

Greg knew that hangers and equalizers wear out, and leaf springs break – it’s a part of life with spring suspension trailers. He decided to change that. After experimenting with many materials and methods, Greg found a way to engineer a polymer in a manner that protects the spring suspension system, greatly reduces spring breakage, and helps with the ride. Based on this incredible durability, Greg decided to name his product “The Ever-Durable Poly Warepad” and patented the design.
